Creating a Lino print of a potential logo design, I wanted to start with minimal detail and rely on the outline to communicate the design, but as you can see they were not very successful, and the outline was too thin.
I am going to cut into the Lino with thicker outlines and possibly add more depth to the surroundings.
These lino prints were more successful because I cut out the back ground more to make the face stand out. I liked the mixture of colours in the first ones so I explored this further in the more recent ones. (below)
