In some grow ops workers are adding strong/harmful chemicals like pesticides for example, many of the workers wear protective masks and clothing when spraying the ‘crop’.
THC increased by 30% over the past 40 years. Genetically grown stronger. Concentrates can be 95% THC. You can buy THC in coffee form, ice cream, condiments, vape pens and much more.

More arrests since the commercialisation of cannabis. Marijuana related youth arrests since legalisation. African American +58%, Hispanic +29%, Caucasian -8%.

Summary of TED TALK; For years weed has been grown and disrupted to suit custom, something that used to be natural has now become something of an unnatural nature. It is genetically grown than naturally, and sometimes sprayed with harmful chemicals. Of course it gets you high but weed has medical benefits too, for many patience it is their saviour, it helps ease pain, stops nausea
